We will deliver Maggie to your event location and set it up for you. Our team will ensure everything is ready for your guests before the event begins.

Maggie staff are responsible for service from Maggie only. If your event requires additional bar areas or full bar service beyond Maggie, extra staff may be required and will incur an additional charge.

Maggie can serve a wide range of kegged beverages, including beer and cocktails. We’ve teamed up with Batched Cocktails to pour a curated selection of their award-winning blends, think Gin Sour, Margarita, Espresso Martini, and more.

Yes, our minimum hire period is three hours.

Absolutely, Maggie can go indoors or outdoors.

Maggie requires a single 10A (house) plug.

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weddings and peak event dates. Maggie can typically be booked up to 12 months in advance, and popular dates fill quickly.

Please note that for bookings made more than 12 months in advance, beverage pricing may be subject to minor adjustments due to changes in alcohol excise tax or supplier pricing.

Yes. Maggie can be wrapped and decorated with your branding to showcase your brand in style. This is to be organized by the customer.

Maggie has 4 taps built into the cart, plus an additional 2-tap standalone unit available for hire, so you can serve up to 6 different kegged drinks at your event.

Maggie is designed to serve drinks directly from the Piaggio Ape bar. If your event includes additional bar setups or alcohol stored elsewhere (for example a venue bar or chiller trailer), extra bar staff may be required. We’re happy to organise this if needed, but additional staffing will incur an extra charge.

You can enhance your bar setup with a range of our premium bar add-ons including portable bars, champagne buckets, scalloped umbrellas and other bar accessories. These items are perfect for weddings, private parties and corporate events across Queenstown, Wānaka and Canterbury.
